<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Part-Time · Performance-Based · Remote (UAE / Egypt / KSA)</p><p>About Alimento</p><p>Alimento is a SaaS platform, a unified system that personalizes guest engagement and maximizes revenue across the entire hospitality journey — before, during, and after the visit — powered by real guest behavior.</p><p>We enable:</p><ul><li>Direct branded ordering channels (pre-venue&online ordering)</li><li>In-venue self-ordering (at-table, in-room, pool / beach side)</li><li>Data-driven personalized upselling</li><li>Personalized follow-ups (retention) and offers to drive repeat visits</li></ul><p>We work with multi-branch restaurant brands and hotels across MENA.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>We’re looking for a high-performance Account Manager to drive pipeline and close deals, generating revenue growth.</p><p>📌Part-Time · Performance-Based (no fixed salary) · Remote</p><p>This is a deal-closing role, not a support or coordination position.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Generate qualified opportunities</li><li>Run and lead product demos</li><li>Handle objections and close deals</li><li>Drive signed and activated accounts</li></ul><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Prospect and engage restaurants&hospitality businesses</li><li>Generate and qualify your own pipeline</li><li>Run demos independently (or with the team when needed)</li><li>Handle objections and close deals</li><li>Drive signed and activated accounts</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in B2B sales / business development</li><li>Proven ability to close deals independently</li><li>Strong ownership and execution mindset</li><li>Comfortable in a performance-based environment</li><li>Ability to manage pipeline without supervision</li></ul><h3>Required Background</h3><ul><li>Hospitality, SaaS, POS, or fintech experience</li><li>Experience selling to restaurants or hotels</li><li>Existing access to decision-makers (not just contacts)</li><li>Active in UAE / Egypt / KSA</li></ul><h3>Compensation (Performance-Based)</h3><ul><li>Commission on every closed deal</li><li>Bonus on qualified meetings generated</li><li>Additional incentives for consistent performance</li></ul><h3>Typical performance</h3><ul><li>2–3 deals/month → solid income</li><li>4–6 deals/month → high-performance tier</li><li>7+ deals/month → top-tier earnings</li></ul><p>No fixed ceiling.
