This is a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role responsible for net-new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and closing complex enterprise deals.This role is ideal for a seller who understands regional enterprise buying dynamics, thrives in consultative sales environments, and can confidently engage senior executives across risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and IT leadership.Fluent Arabic (spoken, reading, and writing) and fluent English are mandatory for this role.What You’ll DoRevenue & Pipeline OwnershipOwn and drive net-new enterprise revenue across assigned Middle East territoriesBuild and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner channels, and regional relationshipsExecute end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery through contract closeConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM disciplineEnterprise Deal ExecutionLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise and regulated organizationsConduct executive-level discovery and value-based selling conversationsDeliver compelling product demonstrations and solution positioning aligned to customer pain pointsNavigate procurement, security reviews, legal, and compliance processesCoordinate POCs, pilots, and evaluations as requiredRegional Market EngagementDevelop deep understanding of Middle East regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity requirementsBuild trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Heads of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and SecurityRepresent LockThreat at regional events, conferences, customer meetings, and partner engagementsWork closely with regional partners and hyperscalers on co-sell opportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing to support regional campaigns and pipeline generationWork with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful deal execution and customer handoffProvide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and positioningWhat We’re Looking ForExperience5–10+ years of B2B SaaS GRC sales experience, with a strong enterprise focusProven track record of closing complex enterprise dealsExperience selling into regulated industries and senior executive stakeholdersPrior experience selling GRC, compliance, risk, Cyber Security or adjacent enterprise software preferredDemonstrated success selling within the Middle East / MEA regionLanguage Requirements (Mandatory)Native or fluent Arabic – speaking, reading, and writingFluent English – speaking and writingSkills & CapabilitiesStrong consultative and value-based selling approachAbility to manage long, complex sales cyclesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of enterprise procurement and buying processesHighly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-drivenWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent achievement of revenue and pipeline targetsStrong enterprise pipeline across priority Middle East marketsHigh-quality deal execution with improved win ratesTrusted relationships with senior customer stakeholdersEstablishment of LockThreat as a credible enterprise GRC partner in the regionWhy Join LockThreatHigh-impact role driving growth in a strategic global regionCategory momentum: GRC and compliance are top enterprise prioritiesDifferentiated, AI-native enterprise platformOpportunity to grow into senior regional or leadership rolesCompetitive compensation with strong upsideCompensation PhilosophyCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based variable compensationAccelerators for overac
