This role is crucial for revenue growth focusing on identifying qualifying negotiating and closing B2B deals with institutional clients.LocationPrimary Region: MENA (Middle East and North Africa)Work Schedule: Ready to work within the GMT 4/1 hour time zone.Relocation Bonus: Relocation to Dubai (UAE) is available as part of the offer.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage prospecting lead generation (cold calling outreach) and qualification.Solution Selling: Analyze client needs and present the unique value proposition of our FinTech solutions.Deal Closure: Conduct product demos lead negotiations and secure final contracts.Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system (SalesForce) and analyze KPIs/trends to meet annual targets.Essential Requirements (Obligatory)B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales specifically in the financial or technology industry.FinTech Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies (FX CFDs Crypto etc.).Communication & Trust: Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.Process Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and established sales methodologies.Drive & Closing: Highly self-motivated results-oriented and possessing strong negotiation and closing skills.Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Farsi.
