This role sits within the Emerging Business organization, contributing to Salesforce’s growth in a fast‑paced, collaborative atmosphere.Your RoleYou will work with customers in the United Arab Emirates to demonstrate the value of Salesforce’s Employee Service suite, which unifies HR Service and IT Service into a single, AI‑driven platform. You will formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical—driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers across the Dubai region.ResponsibilitiesProspecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment.Navigating medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high‑value deals.Ensuring customer satisfaction for early adopters and expansion customers.Guiding customers to the right solutions that transform HR and IT service operations and streamline processes.Your ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Develop strong internal and customer relationships to create win‑win sales opportunities.Value Communication: Clearly communicate the value of Salesforce’s HR Service and IT Service/ITSM capabilities to potential customers.Revenue Growth: Drive growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.Strategic Execution: Develop and execute sales campaigns targeting employee service transformation across HR and IT.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome‑based solutions.Collaboration: Partner with solution engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.Your QualificationsExperience: 6+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Employee Experience, HR Service Management, ITSM, or ITOM.Solution Selling: Proven experience in solution selling and value‑based selling to multiple stakeholders.Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms, IT operations, and the ITIL framework.Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with HR tech, employee experience platforms, and HCM systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.Consultative Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals and navigating complex sales processes.Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Why Join Salesforce?Innovative Culture: Be part of a company reshaping the future with advanced AI models and cloud solutions.Career Growth: Access professional development opportunities and a clear path for advancement.Global Impact: Contribute to products that are transforming industries worldwide.Benefits & Perks: Enjoy our comprehensive benefits, including well‑being reimbursement and generous parental leave.Job Requisition ID: Remote Type: Office Flexible • Location: UAE - Dubai • Time Type: Full time • Job Type: RegularUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
