This is a senior role, where we will consider candidates at both Director and Partner level, responsible for driving strategic growth, deepening trusted relationships and supporting these organisations as parts of their portfolios rapidly evolve towards lower carbon and more sustainable business models. While both clients remain highly traditional national oil companies at their core, they are investing heavily in energy transition, decarbonisation, digitalisation and sustainable capital programmes. ERM is uniquely positioned to support this evolution, and this role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering that journey. We are open minded on background, but this role is best suited to an individual with strong consulting credentials, a history of operating at executive level and a nuanced understanding of how to work with large, complex O&G organisations in the Middle East.
